I remember reading a news report once. The reporter interviewed a man who had both his legs amputated below the knee. He said he once used to play tennis a lot and was very fit. However, after each tennis game, he would drink Ribena and 7-Up to quench his thirst. That caused him to Diabetic and soon his diabetis ate up his leg.
So the moral of the story? Don't drink 7-UP lar...

ribena used to be my most favorite drink......but now...lazy to bancuh. but i remember me mum told me, i was allergic to ribena when i was a toddler....always kena rashes all over my smooth baby skin......now still smooth...but hairy liao....hahahahahha...
