do not answer this kind of calls.. I have receive a few lso but onces u pickup the phone bills will charge you totally X3 of it. it's was on the news few years ago in SG
use your phone block function lor....or you can complaint to MCMC (Suruhanjaya Multimedia & Komunikasi).....get the manace's name and report to the police if its too often......=)
