Its ok, take it easy, there's no quik fix.
Warm milk at late night might help, i dunno? or how bout reading some very painfully interesting non-fictional books like Complex Analysis for Mathematics and Engineering, or Textbook of Organic Chemistry.
It would certainly bore me to sleep years ago and even now, juz by looking at the book cover.
