Passport Renewal

HELP!

I need to get my passport renewed like, ASAP. Thing is, the nearest Immigration Department (as I've been told) are those in Wangsa Maju and in Subang. So freaking FAR!!! And if I'm to be there by 7am, it means I'll have to wake up at, like... 5am!? No way! That's insanity!

Does anybody know of any other Immigration office near Damansara or Petaling Jaya??? I don't want to wake up at 5am and look like this (-_-) by the time I step in for work.

there's one in pusat bandar damansara, above HELP college. it's an automated kiosk, and only took me 4 hours to get a new passport... though usually it states that it takes a day.

got there at 10am (opens at 8am), use the machine... oh, have to bring old passport, mykad and 2 passport pics... takes only 5 mins... then waited 2-3 hours and went upstairs to the immigration counters to collect my new passport.

Cheers!

– Yeah, I saw the website, too! That's why I started asking around. Cos he told me that wan tutup kedai already. Grrr. So frustrating. I think I'll just give it a go and head over.

That's the scary thing with Malaysian sites. Haha. You never know if they're up to date. -_-

Hey I didn't see this post till now..if I did, I would have told you you could have done it at Pusat Bandar Damansara. My sis went to do it before CNY and it took her a few hours ;).

So where did you go in the end?

– Decided to give it a go and went to PBD. Got it done there. Too bad the ATM-styled machine was out of order. Had to line up with a number. Bleh.

– Yeah. Comparatively, it's a lot faster than last time already so I'm happy. =p Waiting ALONE isn't all that fun. Summore I forgot my book. -_- Thank goodness for handphone games. Haha.

And no, I never posted about where I'm going. =p Tell you on MSN lah. Haha.

Sleep tight! Mwah!
