take out the lenses la and bath your eyes with Optrex....easy man!
Haha. Too out di lor after that. But then still cannot really see. Cos I was on the cruise ma. I think it's the salty sea breeze. Plus, I was wearing it for extended hours. Bad, bad, bad.
Yuck! Dirty fella...never wear your contact lenses for more than 12 hours (typically)....to avoid contamination & eyes iritaions....they must be soaked and cleansed according to the predetermined schedule.
Its advisable to bring along spare along when travelling(disposable).....and some eyedrops solution too...

And no lah. I don't bring spare wan. Eyedrops sure have lah. But not spare. Not cheap, man. Lenses these days are crazy expensive! I shall wear glasses more. Haha. Kiam.
