The government officer who handled our case was kind and professional albeit a little slow in writing. But on a whole, I was pleased with the experience and service provided to us. All in all, we were there for under a half hour. Very efficient by Malaysian government standards, I must say. Malaysia Boleh! =p
Stamp of approval from the guy who handled our case.
The odd thing I noticed later was that there was a stamp at the top right corner of the form that says that the form is free, although though we were made to pay RM20 while we were there. Processing fee, I suppose? Hmmm... :-/
After that, we shot off in search of a Commissioner of Oath (the one we initially planned on visiting recently retired -_-''') and finally found one in town who is apparently the most popular Commissioner of Oath on the planet. His business move non-stop wan, man! And most of his customers were office boys and runners who all seemed really buddy-buddy with him already. So... all cut line! Kanasai. So no manners. Hrmph!! In the end, we got stuck there for a really long while just waiting for him to attend to us and give us his stamp of approval and his signature next to our signatures. *wth face*
Commissioner of Oath's signature next to our signatures.
Funny thing was...
after we walked out of his office,
after we walked out of his office,
The Fiancé turned to me and said:
The Fiancé: So? We're married already lah, right??
Pam Song: @_@ Huh!? No lah! You just took the form okayyy. Where got married?!
The Fiancé: Whaaat?? We signed already wat!
Pam Song: Ya laaa... But just sign to prove that you are you and I'm me only wat. -_-''' Our witnesses not here also, Pastor not here also, how to be married?
The Fiancé: Huh?? So not married yet?
Pam Song: No.
The Fiancé: Haih... *grumble grumble grumble*
Mabuk.
