So cool, right? Haha. We all got different messages. I chose mine. Took me half a day to come to a final decision. That's how I knew that confirm-firm lah... this is the tag for me. I can't even decide if my choice is right or wrong. (Hence the absence of a tick on any one of the three check boxes available. *grin*)

I really like companies that are cool... like this coffee franchise in India called Barrista.
A line in their suggestion form reads something like, "Please fill in this form and let us know your ideas, suggestions, complaints - or if you have a secret coffee recipe you stole from the Columbian Armed Forces you want to share with us, that's cool too. We will forward this to our boss - No, not God, we're talking about that guy who sits in the biggest office at the main branch, and he will deal with it. If he don't, we'll use extreme measures (We'll deny him coffee for a week)..."

That Barrista place sounds real cool. I think I saw pics of the place in your blog when you went to watch some movie. Was that the one? Anyway, I like the fact that their forms are so lighthearted. I like that tone. =)
