Rewind. Replay. Regret.

I've always had medical insurance. I just never knew what that meant or what the policy covered. Until yesterday. And then I realised... gosh, I've been so stupid about managing my medical expenses. Especially during that time in my life a couple of years ago when I suffered from an exceptionally bad back ache that left me broke-backed (almost literally; not gay-ly) and, well... broke.

I busted my bank account going from Western medical practitioners like hospital specialists and physiotherapists, to Eastern Sin Sehs who were either Tui Na (Chinese: 推拏 or 推拿; pinyin: tuī ná) experts or acupuncture and Gua Sha (Chinese: 刮痧; pinyin: guā shā) sin sehs. In a matter of weeks, I had spent thousands. All, in a desperate attempt to get better. To stop feeling the constant and intense pain I felt every waking, moving moment.

Note: The pain was really bad and intense.
I couldn't even wear my pants or drive. -_-'''

Well, guess what? That whole sendiri tanggung ordeal was a total waste of my hard-earned money and a supreme waste of tough pain-bearing on my part. I SHOULD HAVE JUST CHECKED MYSELF INTO THE HOSPITAL!!! If I was hospitalised for my pain then, my medical insurance would have covered EVERYTHING! Including the physiotherapy sessions required for 120 days after! HAIH! Why didn't I know this before??? Then ma no need to suffer all by myself lor! T___T

Sigh.

Well, I guess I shouldn't cry over spilt milk. But now, I know better.
So, Insurance? You watch your back. I'm coming for you. >(
