Today – well, more like about an hour or so ago only – I finally began to believe that deep down inside, I'm going to get better after this final *fingers crossed* week of poking, prodding and seemingly endless tests and consultations I've had to subject my body to over the last three weeks. Cos I'm actually starting to feel normal-ish right now! How cool is that?? =D

– Thanks, babe. If I tell you the details of everything, I think you'll ask me to change hospital. HAHA.
Looking at the bruise they gave you for JUST an IV line, I'm already tempted to tell you that. :|
Sometimes, if you have contacts, it's better to go govt, first class ward. ~.~
great to hear too! will continue to remember you in prayers ;)
~cheers~
you'll definitely be 100% in no time. to be honest, i don't trust the nurses in private or public hospitals. they seem to miss the veins when its so obvious to everyone around them.
Get well Song. :)

– That bruise still hurts, by the way. But the colour's almost normal already so I guess that's improvement. :-/ Eh... govt got a lot of my friends/acquaintances inside lah. Later I kena wheeled into the OT, I open my eyes, I see a FRIEND taking off my gown. *faints* Private is still safer. For now. *gulp*

– I sure hope so! As of now, it's looking up so that's good. =) At least the phlebotomists at Gleaneagles has never had to cucuk me more than twice to find a vein. The ones at other places? In out in out dunno how many times. -_-'''

– Aww, thanks, Nit!
Eh, I just filled up my LinkedIn profile and a flood of memories rushed back while I was filling in the Diploma section. LONGEST SUSHI FTW, YO! Hahahaha.
Wait a few more years then. They'd all be GPs or MOs elsewhere. LOL.

– That time I really dunno how liao. I can't imagine what I'd do if I was naked on the operating table and suddenly, a FRIEND DOCTOR walks in!! *DIESSSSSS*
Hahahahaha... Well, they could always pass over the case to their colleagues. Make sure you're well taken care of. >.> :P
Longest Sushi! Hahaha. I still remember that day. Good ol times. :)
Gleneagles nurses are great. I like that hospital a lot.
The in out in out are so painful. Its even worse when the needle's in and they're digging around for the vein. That is hell!!!!!!!! Kena that before with a phlebotomist over here. She korek korek korek with the needle when other phlebotomists have gotten it straight away. :/

– Yeah but by then... they see everything liao!! T_T

– I totally wouldn't eat any, man. Much less pay good money for it. Haha. Amazing how we managed to sell the lot. =p

– Yeah! The nurses in the ward were SOOO nice! I loved them! So soft-spoken and kind. And I liked how they really take the time to explain things.
Eh... I'd rather the digging under the skin to another poke. I always kena the digging wan. It's pretty standard for me. What I hate is the in and out where you get an extra hole.
I tell you, there was once it got so bad that I kena 5 holes in 3 different places in order to get my blood.
I was at Gleaneagles for a regular medical check-up. So with that kind of check-ups, they don't get the phlebotomists to take your blood. It's like... nurses, I think. So at first, she cucuk my right hand. No blood. Then she cucuk again. No blood. Then she say, "Urm... I think we change hand ok?" Then she cucuk my left hand. No blood. Then finally she said, "I think I better call the phlebotomist." Then when he came, he saw both sides got plaster already so he had to cucuk behind my left palm!! Where the IV lines usually go! So he drew blood from there. But draw halfway, no more blood come out. Then he have to poke again to take more. Wah... can die.
