Dear girl, I'm sure you know that a company that has too few people doing too much in too little time just spells Major Headache, High Stress and Lots Of Trouble. I mean, you do know that, right? Come on, you can't possibly be that dense. Seriously think about it cos... perhaps it's about time for you to make a move, girlfriend!

i didn't know a phrase can be spelt using multiple words, at least according to Dictionary.com:
spell
