"Another Her" Rides Off Into The Sunset

I'm so happy! Haha. I'm so, so very happy! It's ridiculous how insanely happy I am but... AARRRGHHHH!!! I! AM! SO! HAPPY!

First, it was her joy I celebrated back in late April this year. And now, it's another her I really care about who's just been proposed to this wonderful month of May! (A few hours ago, actually!) How very many awesome-ness is that??? Two of my best girl-friends are getting married – one in February and one in April (or is it May?) next year. 2009 will definitely be a year to celebrate love. (This year... not so much. Thank goodness. Then no need to worry about having to pay wedding taxes. =p)

Anyway, today's YOUR DAY (in more ways than one), babe. *wink wink* Congratulations! Am so very happy for you. His proposal marks the beginning of many things and many experiences even more wonderful than anything you've experienced before. And with YOUR mister, I'm sure he'll make sure of that. =)

Much love,
pamsong

Hmmmm... Maybe if you tried sponsoring half of the wedding ring, your BF will make the move leh?

Its that time of our generation isn't it... one by one suddenly our friends start to get married.... sucks even more when people ask you like a gazillion times in one year when it's your turn.

ATTN: Randy Khoo
– Yuck. Who does that, wei. And you're referring to the engagement ring, right? Not the wedding bands.

And no, I'm not succumbing to peer pressure. Grrr. -_-

ATTN: Aronil
– Yeah it is! And it's so bloody frustrating! Argh!!! For goodness sakes you cannot ask a GIRL when her turn is wan lah. She won't know. It's up to her GUY to propose wat. Dammit! So irritating everytime they ask.

And the worst part is this. No matter how you answer them... they'll use it against you. If you say, "No, not yet. He never propose also." Then they'll say you're the one who gila mau kahwin then pressure bf. But... If you say, "Not yet lah! Don't be silly." Then they'll say, "What for you paiseh? What you waiting for? Get married lah! Ask your bf get married lah!"

-_-

Hate it.

ATTN: Adrian Lim
– How does "list" equate to "matchmaker"!?

And ya wat. To me that's superficial. Her sweet spirit should capture you. NOT her face.
