We're Different

The Husband and I often joke about how we enjoy the same food stuff with a slight difference. For instance, we both eat chicken rice but I order breast meat, he orders the thigh. It's a bother to order, but at the end of the day, we're thankful we never ever have to fight each other for what we enjoy eating. Haha. A real blessing in disguise.

BUT...

If it's already a bother ordering for us,
imagine what it's like cooking for us. Haha.

This was our breakfast this morning:

3/4 boiled eggs and soy sauce with a hot cup of Nescafé for The Husband.

Scrambled eggs and baked beans in toasted wholemeal bread
with a cold glass of orange juice for Yours Truly.

Two types of eggs for two persons in one home. Haha. When we have kids, they'd better not want some other kind of egg for breakfast, man. If one child wants hard boiled, another child wants sunny side up, The Husband wants 3/4 boiled and I want scrambled... I'm going to go nuts just preparing breakfast. @_@

Remember how Ah Ma would fry fish to different degrees of doneness to cater for everyone's taste? That's love.
