It ain't junk food if it ain't totally nutrition-less or bad for health. IKO There's Nothing More Natural biscuits are NOT junk food. Wholesome, wholewheat, high fiber, super-charged-with-Vitamins biscuits are definitely NOT junk food. Anything that's not high in sodium, saturated fat and sugar is NOT junk food. Not, not, not!
Indian muruku is an excellent example of what junk food is.
