Semangat Ke-voter-an!

The general elections are coming up.

It's gonna be my first time.

I should be excited... but I'm not.

The hike in security procedures and the increase in safety measures by the authorities all over the city have begun to scare me. And I'm getting really paranoid with the many fighter jets that frequent KL-skies. (What's that about!?) Oh, and the roadblocks all over town along all major roads are just plain irritating.

Sigh. I hope this comes to an end soon.

If you're not thinking of voting at the general elections this year, you should. If you haven't already registered to vote, you should have. If you think it's too late, you're right. It is. And you should already be drowning in shame... you lousy, no-good, irresponsible, good for nothing, useless, above-21 Malaysian.

The airplanes are rehearsing for the LIMA (Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace) Exhibition, which is going to be held on the first week of December, so you don't have to be afraid of that...

– Wah. Talk about going all out for your state, man. Haha. Semangat. Bravo, you! *clap clap*

Hmmm. I guess that makes sense lah. considering the right candidate with the best promise for a better tomorrow and a brighter future would probably be in a good party. But then... That's assuming they're in a good party mah. Also cannot know wan leh.

My reason being that during political roadshows, the results are often skewed to the opposition. But during GEs, it's usually BN that sweeps the most votes. So doesn't that show you that people still choose party over candidate when it comes to voting during times that REALLY count?
