IT HAS ARRIVED!!!

Came back from lunch to discover this
sitting in my chair the Thursday past.
(Sucks how the majority of my posts
are delayed these days. -_- I need to buck up.)

*GASP!*

It's here! How exciting!

Heart racing, hands trembling, palms sweating, I flipped it over to get it the right side up in order to get a good from-the-top pic.

Customs got their filthy hands on (and into) my parcel
before I did.
-_- Bleh. So potong. I'd have liked to be first!

Grabbed the NT Cutter I inherited from The Housemate and started slashing at the brown tape like my life depended on it. Ripped it all away in one swift movement and then...

Time. Stood. Still.

Love the packaging. Love it, love it, love it!

Ahhh. Such a heart-warming sight to behold. Look at that beauty in blue lying on yet another beauty in blue (which, you can't see), lying snug in the box they came in. The box that flew them all the way from the US of A to Malaysia. Sigh. So pwetty. Me hearts Threadless many many. And me hearts Birthday Girl O Kui many, many – it was this darling's birthday yesterday – for going through the trouble of sending this over for me. =)

These are mine.

Yellow. Black. Grey. Red. Olive. Black.

6 Threadless tees out of the 24 that came with these.
(I'll show you what they say some other day, alrights?)

Tee hee.

Online shopping's soooo addictive I'd do it again and again and again. If I didn't do it for the shopping experience, I'd do it for the thrill receiving a parcel brings. Haha. The latter gets addictive, too. =p

ANYHEW, before I even THINK about shopping online again, at the mo, new baju's more than enough reason to celebrate. I'm a happy bunny. Everything else in that box belongs to everybody else but me though. Bleh. Who says girls shop more than guys do??? The biggest order this time around came from a dude. -_-'

I Ain't Just Any Regular RM2.50 Ramli Burger!!!

Can't remember how this conversation came about but it did. And looking back, it's still funny. Haha. It's amazing to note what I'd say just to win an argument. Haha. So super kiasu lah me!

Pam Song: I think I'm more halal than a lot of you.

Tim Tams: No, you're not. Not eating pork doesn't make you more halal. Stop making yourself out to be a saint.

Pam Song: Heck, I'm so halal I'm like... like, Ramli Burger, wei!

Tim Tams: That means you're worth RM2.50.

Pam Song: -_- What kind of cheapo Ramli Burger you eat??

Tim Tams: Fine. You're worth RM4.

Pam Song: I'm like... Ramli Burger Special. DOUBLE.

Tim Tams: Tambah cheese?

Pam Song: Ya. Tambah lima keping.

-_-

Kiasu-ism kills.

For The One Who's Gone Temporarily Gay

SMILEEEE!!!

Don't complain. A virtual cup of coffee's better
than none at all so... BOTTOMS UP!

Welcome The Era Of Duh Roads

Today, I had my first 360º launch campaign prezzo
with Duh Roads. (Why the nick? Long story. Don't ask.)

Duh Roads (right) and I having lunch after the prezzo.

That's us.

Proud parents of ideas behind a 360º launch campaign... andgreatbigeyebagsandincrediblytinysleepyeyesatthemo.

Sigh.

The result of 4 days of nothing but long hours, endless discussions, late nights, and odd-hour-ed dinners. *pulls face* Thank goodness the prezzo went well. Heh heh. Guess that makes all the bad stuff worth our while, huh? Makes it worth the deaths of our social lives, too, huh? *scoffs* Backside lah. Bluff own self only. -_-

Deese Dings

Pulling fake ELs to do nothing but lounge
in coffee bars, listening to jazz, sipping hot cuppas?

*creases forehead and looks deep in thought*

Tempting. Very tempting.

*frowns*

TOO tempting.

Someday maybe. After all,
you never really know with deese dings. =)

Full House Lifestyle Store & Café: Part 1

THE DAY: Monday
THE TIME: Dinner Time
THE PLACE: Full House Lifestyle Store & Café
THE PEEPS: Pam Song, Banana Girl, The IT Man, Mr Shy Guy and The Man of Many Secrets

Lima sekawan keluar cari makan.

------------

Had dinner at Full House Lifestyle Store & Café for the very first time one Monday night late last month. (They held their grand opening sometime before that and, no, I wasn't invited for it. Boo.) Nice place! Very different from the regular restaurants and cafés around town. They were right with the description – it was a LIFESTYLE store. Gave me a very boutique restaurant-slash-café feel.

The café when seen from the outside.

I wonder why I never heard of this place before the Monday I visited it. It's too nice a place to have not been the talk of the town at some point or another. Even the menu provided was different. And in a good way. Very artsy-fartsy. I like!

Mind you, that's the WHOLE menu right there.
Every. Single. Page. Snapped 'em all just for you.

So nice hor??? I had more fun looking through
the menu than I had ordering my food. Haha.

I guess the food was okay lah. Normal only. Edible but not great. Nothing much to shout about. I snapped a couple of pics of the food and the place but am too lazy to edit any more than I have to at the moment. It's been a rough day. But see how lah, okay? Maybe there'll be a Part 2 to this post if tomorrow's a better day. =)

Bottom line is this:
The place was waaay nicer than the food.
Pictures say it better so... wait for it!

Whosy-Woosy's Been Naughty-Naughty?

Everybody's been getting this Google notice all day today.

Irritating-ness.

Word is, somebody's been naughty at work. Googling naughty stuff and making naughty downloads with the speedy office connection. Holding up the line with naughty nonsense. Tsk tsk. How terribly naughty of that someone. Wonder who it is. Hmmm. Im'ma gonna start lookin' at everybody funny from now on.

The Monday Talking About The Friday Past

--------------------------------
Personal Quote of the Day
--------------------------------

"I could do with a little bit of silly in my life."
– pamsong, 13 October 2008

----------

Last Friday was the last day for submissions.
Crazy havoc. The office was a war zone, I tell ya!

Today, the mess has cleared and the place is clean.

Too bad real work's back with a vengeance and I'm being punished for my inadvertent, involuntary, unwitting neglect of it last Friday.

*sigh*

Not. Fun. At. All.

Thank goodness Monday's over. YES! First day of the week and I already can't wait for Friday to come along. Haha. I'm terrible, I know. But but but... I blame Chick Lit for putting naughty thoughts in my head first thing Monday morning! Such bad influence, he is.

BUT...

*grin*
