Sleep Deprivation Bites

I feel brain dead.

I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.
I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep. I need sleep.

If there was a more interesting way to say this, I'd use it.
Maybe there is; maybe there isn't – my brain can't tell no more.

I'm trying this tonight. It had better work.

wat i know is tea is a natural calorie free beverage that contains theanine (a type of amino acid) which proven to reduce mental and physical stress and help you to relax. Inherently it is also a natural source of caffein which will works as stimulant. However scientifically there are many debates on how much the amount of caffein in a tea could possibly act as strong stimulant.

The real substance that acts as the sleep aid is the camomile flowers which produce aromatic smells. If Im not wrong, it belongs to the sunflower family (your sunshine lor)......so go get your sunshine in the teabags...hahaha =P

Whoa whoa whoa!!! OD on information, dude. Haha. I almost choked on my tea. *grin*

Nah, I dun like the smell of chamomile. I think I remember trying it before. It's got this scent I can't stand. Haha. Tiny white flowers wan. I'm going with honey tea for now.

Hahaha....I sounded like a tea promoterler?

You har....Ho liao eh (Hokkien) tea (chamomile tea) you also dunno how to drink... =P

For your information, Boh is great for its Chamomile tea & Lychee Rose infusion tea...and St Dalfour is superb with the black cherry tea and the peach tea. Im sure you must have tried them before...

Pam Song said...

Haha. Tried lah. But I didn't like. I'm drinking Twinning's Earl Grey tea now. Nice also lah. Haha. Very calming, too.

And yes, you sounded like tea promoter. HAHA. Thinking of changing professions?

Anonymous said...

Good choice! Twinning is not bad though...I like the package with the assorted selections..However you need to remove the teabags after few seconds of brewing...it will be bitter if you soak it too long.

Changing my profession? Waitla till I own my tea plantation...then you be my first customer huh?! haha =P

Pam Song said...

Haha. All teas also sama la fren. If you leave the leaves for too long it gets bitter. Even Chinese tea.

You wanna live in Cameron Highlands? Haha. Or you just wanna put your money in Cameron Highlands?

Anonymous said...

eh..eh...differentla....I experimented that before.

To leave my job & live permanently in CHighland? No way! I enjoy my city life here in Pg! Where can you find assam laksa and cendol in Cameron? Penang = Heaven on earth! But of course,if I am out of ideas..thats my destination for escapee...time to hunt for genuine fresh air... =)

Pam Song said...

Haha. How come la everybody think of Cameron's as an escape only? Did you know that they send a lot of criminals up there? Like kena buang negeri already then they have to be in Cameron Highlands for life. Haha. It's funny that we wanna escape there but other ppl think of it as punishment. =p

Anonymous said...

Really?1 I not aware of that. However, its the greenery that atracts me; especially the tea plantation........imagine your eyes streaming across the tea plantation while sipping through a cup of hot tea and goreng pisang during the day and steamboat at night time @ Brinchang to keep you warm.....Plus breezy walks at the night market.....enjoy! enjoy! enjoy!

Who cares about the criminals? They forgot har......There is a big police station at CHighlands? Hahaha =P

Pam Song said...

Haiyo no lah. You misunderstand di. I mean they don't go up there by choice. Kena BUANG NEGERI. Not they want wan. Maybe the government thinks it'll be too boring for them so that's why it's a good punishment for that kinda ppl. Cannot gamble, cannot do anything but plant tea. Not bad wat. Haha.

Anonymous said...

Wa Wa Wa! I saw two horns coming out from your head....Peoples kena punished, she is so happy....hahaha=P

If kena buang negeri to GHighlands; then how?

Pam Song said...

That means you're stuck there and you cannot come down. You have to check in with the police station there every day by certain time. Then they anytime can spot check you at your home. If they find you not there... die.
