Poor girl, get something to soothe your throat, not aggravate it. "Pei pah gou" works fine for me.
Drink plenty of water ... and rest well. That always help. take care ya.

Hey not sure would you believe this or not, but taking cold showers seem to boost your immunity.
Used to do it (but got lazy) and I was very fit at that point.
