Groan In Me Bones!

It feels like I've been hit by a truck and dragged across the desert for about a hundred miles at a minimum speed of 180kph. Or maybe this is what the human body feels like after it's been mauled by grizzlys grizzlies (I can't spell for nuts, I know), and then by wild cats, and then pecked to the bones by vultures.

Ugh.

My back aches. My neck aches. My arms ache. My muscles ache. My skin feels raw. And my bones feel like they're more fragile and delicate than marshmallow. And darn it, now I actually feel sorry for myself. How sad is that?

Bah, I feel old.

"Refresh-refresh-refresh" are all you need.

1. Hot bath.
2. Good meal with ice lemon tea & TV.
3. Good sleep.

Simple right? Im enjoying my second item now. *Grin* =)

Thats why I said work harder; enjoy harder.

– Too bad. Professionals cost waaay too much money. And loved ones are far far away. Sniffle.

– Haha. Got. I got. But problem is it's not working lah. Cos I'm sitting up and working at the same time wat. How to relax!?

Can...can still relax wan....Get a comfortable cushioned chair that provides good back support too. If that doesnt help, then take a break/nap in between. You can try the foot massager machine too. If none of them work, then it is time to ZZZZZzzz liao. Perhaps you are too tired liao. No point of dragging yourself too much when the outcome isnt productive at all.

Plan your tasks a day ahead if it is possible....can reduce stress one. =)

RM 35 can get full body massage in Kota Damansara. I saw a signboard advertising it.

– Haha. Cushioned chair? Foot massager? You thinkin I'm made of money? HAHA.

And having naps in between? You want me to kena fire after working half a year ah? Quite smart right you?

And no lah. It's not that I cannot concentrate di. My brain still can go. But my body painful. Dunno why. Aching.

And sir, my job isn't as structured as you seem to think it is. Plan my tasks? That's a high impossibility considering the fact that my workload is highly dependent on whatever ppl throw on my table.

– HUH!? So cheap?! Sure bo? Scary lah if not legitimate wan. But I actually prefer spa rather than massage. I wrote a post about a massage I went for once. It's somewhere around. Read it if you can find it. I'd look it up for you... but I've got work to rush. Haha. Ciao!

Hahaha.....Yes Madam! Get a mid size cushion and 'lapik' your chairla/ your back.....Handy foot massager is cheap only la (less than RM 300). Good investment ma...Haiyo, naps in between when you are working at home only la. You cannot control the workloads that are coming in but you can prioritize mah.......Tsk...Tsk...

You stressed yourself too much liao...and see now the body is aching. If no massager, then apply some ointment la ( Yoko^2, Perskindol ).....

Pam Song said...

Haha. I have a cushion di lor. But useless lah. Still sakit.

RM300!? Crazy. Just for my foot. So not worth it. Pail of warm water: 15sen.

Haha. If I have naps ah, sure sleep until morning di lo. Haha. Forget about waking up in the middle of the night, man. Plus, when wanna nap, cannot nap cos brain keep thinking. But when wake up sure cannot think di. Dilemma.

Im refering to foot reflexology massager la...you can also use it for other relevant parts of your body that are aching. It takes about 45 minutes per session and after that....ahhhh....so relief. Dunla so kiam siap...=P

Try to avoid sitting too long on your working chair....it could contribute to the aching. Stretch up every 30 minutes or walk around and get a cup of beverage to freshen up. If it still aching, then apply some oinments to relief the pains.

Im wondering how could you possibly work with all these pains bothering you. Kesian...A pat on the back Fren! =)

Kirsten said...

careful there, adrian.. ya might crush her bones with that pat

Kirsten: Ooooo...so sket I "chor-lor"...Okie! Okie! I borrow your hand for the pat ya. Mana tau she bantai me if I break her bones...Haha =P

– WHAT!? Still expensive lah. I might as well just stand under the shower for 45 minutes. I'd feel just as good. =p

Darn it, you're right. I'm so kiamsiap. Haih.

How I work with all those pains? Just work loh. What to do. Just pakai bantai only and hope I last to the end of the day. Simple as that.

Use Kirsten's hand? I think she more tough, man. Haha.

ATTN: Kirsten
– HAHAHAHAHAHA. Idiot. I'm tough, kay. *cracks knuckles*
