ATTN: Christy– In the end I slept la. But even then it took so long! And summore keep waking up. Aih. ATTN: zecount & adhojlim– I also dunno why wor. But my problem is that when I get slightly sleepy, I have to hit the sack already or I will bypass that sleepy time and not be able to sleep di. That's why whenever I'm up at the wee hours of morning, I am up till like 5am or 7am. It's cos the sleepy hour has been passed. =( Very mafan.And okay, maybe I think too much sometimes. Or maybe it's cos last week I thought non stop, then stress a bit, so by the time weekend came, my train cannot stop di. Aih. Dunno leh.ATTN: Jono– Hello, Uncle. Funny...what makes you wake up at wee hours? Anxiety? Stress out? Go for holidaysla fren.... or do something that will reliefs you off that stress..life has to be balanced onela... cannot always work-work-work one... you body is no trainla...Tell..you what...get some chocolates...yah chocolates.. it is a happy food okay! It has the reducing sress effects. Try that...=)

The waking up in the middle of the night isn't the problem. The not being able to go to bed in the first place is the biggest problem. Cos if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can still go back to bed wan. Just that a bit tak suka only la. Haha. I wish I could go for a holiday. That's what I really want. But cannot lah. Sigh. Have to wait a bit first. Not to easy as just leaving. And it's not that everything's just work work work. It's that work is my escape. Work is probably the least stressful thing for me right now. At least I don't have to deal with people or emotions. It's WORK. I can be detached. At least more so than when I have to deal with people.Maybe I just need to put on some weight. Sigh.

Cannot onela fren..you will be exhausted in the end of the day...I experienced that before... work until 3am in the office for 2 months consequtively to avoid of thinking of unhappy scenarios... until I have to be chased out from the office by my boss...Seriously, if I hear you correctly, i guess is it something else boggling you... and if its personal, then I think you know who to look to (your mumla, bfla, friends like Nisha) and pour out everything. No need to keep all in your head... can get emotion-cancer one... Okay! Get the Boh camomile tea (naturally cafeine free)...I tried that yesterday..and it really works.....it eased up my mind and gave me the relieving sensation....haha =) See whether that works for you too....
ATTN: adhojlim– Well, work is easy to deal with ma. It's escapism. It happens. But no, I don't stay at the office to forget. It's just that when I work, I don't have to think about whatever upsets me. But I don't find reasons to stay at work so that I don't feel upset. Hmmm. Dunno can understand or not. Haha. I think that emo-cancer is one of the greatest, swiftest killers there is. Really. ATTN: Christy– How to get rid of that problem ah? Dunno if there are any incense that we can burn to make us feel sleepy or not. I think sure got wan la. But maybe that helps us to relax and not sleep. It's just that sleep becomes the result after we relax.
